What primary services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services for real estate professionals including high-quality MLS images, aerial imagery, virtual staging, video walk-throughs, custom website building, custom flyers, Matterport rendering, and more. For athletes, we offer event coverage, portraits, and team photography to tell your story with great images.
What do you specialize in?
We specialize in real estate photography and marketing, and have a passion for action sports photo and videography. In both arenas, our approach is to tell a story with every image.
What are the rates of your services?
Real estate packages start as low as $118. Many of our other services are priced to fit our client's unique needs. Call us for a quote today.
Are you licensed and insured?
LS Visuals is licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and carries general liability insurance. Copy of declaration pages are available upon request.
What are your terms and conditions?
LS Visuals requires a $50 retainer upfront as a booking fee upon signing. We agree to deliver real estate photos within 24-hours of a shoot to the signing party, whether that is the client or the agent. Terms of delivery are negotiated on an individual basis. LS Visuals maintains ownership of all images and the right to reproduce images unless otherwise agreed prior to the time of execution. All images will be professionally edited. Any specific editing requests must be made prior to agreement signing, or they will be subject to an additional charge. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of images and will be required to download or share. If there is a problem or issue with the images at the time of receipt, LS Visuals agrees to take all reasonable steps to remedy the issue within 36-hours. Clients must give a minimum of 24-hours notice of cancellation or the retainer fee will be non-refundable. All other terms will be outlined in a contract to be provided to the client prior to retention.
